Support the screening-to-referral workflow for substance use and related health needs — monitoring screening tools, alerts, and referral orders, and helping extend the workflow to additional providers and sites as capacity allows. Based at the Arlington, this role serves as a key liaison between patients, providers, and Behavioral Health staff, helping ensure timely and accurate screening, scheduling, referral tracking, and communication across South Region clinic sites.
