Maintenance Technician 2 employees support overall operations by preserving and protecting the environment and infrastructure, including facilities, gas station, roadways and paths, food and beverage outlets, restrooms, hotel accommodations, RV park, retail stores, offices, and all common areas. Perform various landscaping duties including but not limited to pulling weeds, watering trees, pruning, laying sod or seed, trimming grass, raking, dirt work, building tent pads, repairing/replacing fencing, improving drainages, installing signs, etc.
