The Glick Recovery Campus operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, providing crisis services in psychiatric, substance use, and related healthcare settings. The role may involve exposure to individuals in crisis and requires the ability to move throughout the campus, respond promptly to operational and clinical needs, and physically participate in all levels of de-escalation consistent with training, licensure, and program expectations.
