Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatment monitoring - Assess residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team - Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort and safety - Document resident care accurately and maintain detailed medical records - Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies - Support a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff Skills and Qualifications: - Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state - Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs - Excellent organizational and documentation skills - Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM At Elan Manatee Assisted Living, we foster a culture of respect, growth, and compassion.
