Will complete initial, comprehensive assessments of clients upon admission, which include appropriate documentation and integration of assessment findings of vitals, CIWA/COWS, TB Testing, Urine Testing, etc. A Medically Monitored Crisis Detox and Residential LPN/RN is responsible for the assessment and management of withdrawal sign/symptoms of clients presenting to the unit.
