Responsibilities: • Documents: baths, turns, Oral Intake and Output obtained from Foley catheter, urinal or collection vessel, shaves, mouth care, peri and/or Foley care, Vital Signs, linen changes, shampoos, weights, the percentage of meals consumed on all of their assigned patients, ambulation, incentive spirometer usage, bowel movements, and the number of times patients were up in a chair. • Helps keep department tidy by putting up stock, and cleaning rooms such as break room, microwave, refrigerator, med room, dirty room, linen room, and equipment room.
