The Vice President provides clear, timely, and actionable financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making; identifies financial risks and opportunities; and develops strategies to improve financial performance while maintaining quality, compliance, and service delivery objectives. The Vice President provides oversight of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, program contract and financial performance, billing and revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, cash flow, internal controls, and facilities.
