Perform and maintain skills including high-flow O2, chest tubes, peripheral IV starts, wound care, wound vacs, drains (JP, hemovacs), nephrostomy tubes, PCA, and central line management. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care across Medical/Surgical, Acute Respiratory, ED/MS Overflow, and Progressive Care units, floating between areas within scope of practice.
