The Business Services Representative is responsible for ensuring patient flow within the practice by performing all business functions such as greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, insurance verification, copay and point of service collections, pre-certifications, prior authorizations, referrals, chart prep, manage incoming and outgoing faxes as well as provide clerical support to providers and staff. Because we serve diverse populations, our colleagues are trained to recognize the cultural beliefs, values, traditions, language preferences, and health practices of the communities that we serve and to apply that knowledge to produce positive health outcomes.
