The RN, Procedure Nurse must be able to assist with procedures under the direction of EHS physicians- monitoring moderate sedation, giving sedation and pain IV medications, positioning patient for procedures, assessing patient post procedure for mobility, sensation, vital signs, pain scale and oxygen saturation. Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and/or Physician (s) a registered professional nurse employed with the Neurosurgery Hospital Services is responsible for direct and indirect care of patients, assisting physicians/providers as needed with computer entry, scheduling, data collection.
