As a House Resource RN, you'll be a key part of the hospital's clinical operations, supporting bedside teams, responding to urgent situations, facilitating admissions and discharges, and helping maintain a culture of safety, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
