As a member of the Investment Banking - Equity Capital Markets team, you will be working with managing directors, executive directors, and vice presidents on servicing and executing client transactions across various equity products, including but not limited to: IPO/Follow-ons, PIPE, Private Placement, SPAC, and ATMs. By connecting markets East & West, we service the needs of individuals, institutions, corporates and governments through our four business divisions: Wealth Management, Investment Management, Wholesale (Global Markets and Investment Banking) and Banking.
