Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Performing and/or advising on a variety of complex medial test, procedure, and examinations in a clinical laboratory; Maintaining quality assurance and quality control checks of medical test results; Performing phlebotomy/blood draws on patients; Delegating tasks and providing technical guidance to medical technicians and/or medical personnel; Performing quality assurance reviews of applicant records and ensuring they include medical test result.
