Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Oversight for safety practices, accident and workers compensation claims investigations, accident reporting procedures, compliance monitoring, record keeping and reporting processes to effectively reduce risk, increase safety awareness, and manage costs, while optimizing productivity. Will need to communicate credibly with large groups of employees, supervisors and managers, across CEMEX businesses, and with Federal, state and local authorities regarding accidents & compliance issues.
