Experience and willingness to serve clients of all ages (infants, pediatrics, adults, seniors)OPTIONAL: TEMPORARY / BONUS ARRANGEMENTTo support our agency's clients, staff, and business throughout our Clinical Director's upcoming maternity leave, we are motivated to create a custom agreement with the right RN (experienced, willing, and reliably available) to: Report 1-3 days per week (Mon-Wed) to our Indianapolis Office (8580 Cedar Place Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46240) and/or as needed during State SurveysProvide occasional on-call and varied / flex hour coverage (late night / weekend emergency) as neededCompensation, terms, and responsibilities would be in addition to all listed here and formally agreed-to prior to start. Work consists of: case management, starts of care (SOC), admissions, recertifications, transitional care and resumptions of care (ROC), clinical reviews, and other assessments and services, as well as new hire orientations, in-service and supervisory reviews, and input to influence our training and education, care practices and outcomes, and the success of our clients, employees and business overall.
