Outpatient (IOP) Therapist- Telehealth University Health Services IncOutpatient (IOP) Therapist- TelehealthCOLUMBUS, INKey responsibilities include: Providing direct clinical services including IOP group format and individual and family services as needed Completing psychosocial assessment upon admission Case management and treatment planning Timely documentation that reflect medical necessity Aftercare coordination Insurance utilization, prior authorizations, and follow-up Other duties as needed to promote program growth Program highlights: Serves ages 12 to 18 Four to six weeks of programming, depending on clinical need Can help bridge the gap between acute level of care and outpatient individual therapy Can utilize as an alternative to inpatient treatment Can serve as a step-down from residential or acute mental health treatment addressing the following: Depression Mood disorders Anxiety disorders Trauma history Suicidal ideation Self-harm behaviors Qualifications Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving youth with mental health concerns, a drive to lead a successful program, and ability to problem-solve and work independently.
