div> • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines and protocols
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or be a Registered Intern.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Experience in various therapeutic modalities (EMDR, DBT, CBT, etc.) and working with diverse populations
• Full licensure and credentialing with insurance panels is ideal
