The Fee for Service Outpatient Therapist will assess needs and strengths, develop treatment plans and provide diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services utilizing a variety of treatment styles such as individual, couples, family and group psychotherapy in a hybrid environment including in person and telehealth service delivery. Complete all required clinical documentation in agency’s electronic medical record system, including but not limited to diagnostic assessment, action plans, quarterly updates, progress notes, required assessment tools, etc.
