(1) Possession of a Master"s Degree in Mental Health Counseling including one (1) year of clinical practicum/internship; AND (2) Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) issued by the New York State Department of Education; OR D. (1) Possession of a Clinical Masters Degree from a psychiatric/mental health nursing program, including one (1) year of practicum or one (1) year of post degree experience if no practicum; AND (2) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Department of Education; OR E.
