Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate services between behavioral health providers, criminal justice agencies, and program participantsAssist individuals in accessing mental health treatment, community resources, and support servicesConduct assertive community outreach and engagement activitiesMonitor treatment participation and support adherence to program requirementsCollaborate with clinicians, courts, and community partners to support successful program outcomesPromote access to housing, benefits, healthcare, employment, and other community resourcesAssist with data collection, reporting, and program documentation requirementsAttend Municipal and Superior Court proceedings to identify and engage potential Project Redirect participantsRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or another mental health-related field from an accredited institutionMinimum two (2) years of related professional experienceAbility to obtain jail clearance.
