The Educator Mentor/ Adult Learning Coordinator is responsible for mentoring, coaching certified staff, researching, developing, implementing, recommending researched- based professional development resources and methodologies aligned to our District-wide strategic goals to improve student achievement. Serve as coach and mentor by making classroom visits, modeling demonstration lessons, team-teaching, and providing feedback, implement the site induction for new staff, and support for continual professional development of new and continuing staff/teachers.
