Responsibilities:Work as part of the CFSI Team, directly engaging with youthFocus on reducing the risk of out-of-home placements by working one-on-one with youth and families in their homes and communities to identify strengths, interests, and achievable goals. Through mentorship, they help youth build independent life skills and strengthen attachments to school, family, and community while linking them to mental health services, substance abuse treatment, employment opportunities, and pro-social activities.
