Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent• Experience in place of the degree would be 5 (Five) years as a Project Coordinator, with field experience in various divisions throughout the company• Acquired certain specialized skills from exposure to specific projects, technologies, or industries (e.g., fueling, electrical, or gas)• Possesses strong written & verbal communications skills & manages time effectively• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Project & Excel• Detail oriented with a positive attitude & eagerness to learn• Ability to work extended hours when necessary for business needs• Experience working in construction is a plus• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment• Ability and willingness to travel as neededo Ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
