The goal is to build and support AI-enhanced systems that help CTS manage records, compliance, training, equipment, manuals, inventory, safety programs, prequalification requirements documentation, document retention, and operational records for CTSs national DAS, ERRCS, wireless infrastructure, and public safety communications operations. This role directly helps safeguard CTS against operational, regulatory, client compliance, and recordkeeping risk by ensuring our national workforce, equipment, and safety programs remain fully certified, audit-ready, and supported by modern, intelligent technology systems.
