We are clinicians who built a company.</p><h1><strong>The Role</strong></h1>You will shape the next generation of our field. That means intentional supervision, rigorous BST, and genuine investment in the growth of our practitioners, not checkbox compliance. <strong>This is a hybrid position (~75% remote/telehealth); local candidates only.
 </strong><br/><h2><strong>You</strong></h2><ul><li>Active BCBA certification</li><li>Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience</li><li>Passionate about mentoring the upcoming BCBAs and providing high-quality, consistent and structured supervision</li><li>Fluent in BST and can demonstrate it, not just describe it</li><li>Pursue current evidence-based practice independently </li><li>Adapt your teaching to the learner in front of you</li><li>Hold yourself accountable and extend that standard to your supervisees</li><li>Communicate directly and professionally with families, with staff, and with leadership</li><li>Stay in this field on purpose; you have thought about burnout and you have a plan</li><li>Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license and vehicle insurance</li><li>Passes background check, TB test within 3 weeks of hire, current immunizations</li></ul><h2><strong>What We Offer</strong></h2><ul><li>$80,000–$90,000 salary</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision</li><li>401k</li><li>Electronic stipend</li><li>$1,500/year CEU stipend for conferences or additional training</li><li>A company built by clinicians</li><li>Genuine promotion-from-within culture; we look internally before we post</li><li>A team that holds a high bar and supports each other in meeting it</li></ul><h2><b><strong>Who Thrives Here</strong></b></h2><p>We are direct about what we expect and what you'll get.
