Maintain working knowledge of welding, electrical systems, refrigeration, pneumatics, steam boilers, gear reducers and other mechanical systems used within the bakery. Troubleshoot, identify and correct maintenance issues involving electrical systems, steam, water, hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration, boilers, valves, motors and related equipment.
