Acts as Patient Safety Officer for assigned locations, is responsible for the compliance with all Act 13 regulations, including high level trending of patient safety events, reporting to Patient Safety Committee and platform leadership and timely identification of safety events that require written notification to patients. Assumes operational responsibility for staffing plans to support the department best practices including position descriptions, performance evaluations, action plans, employee goal setting, hiring, promotion and disciplinary actions.
