Platform Operations, Integrations, and Support: Integrate and maintain third-party API connections with DR vendors and OEM partners (e.g., EnergyHub, Itron, Salesforce, Rheem, Google Nest); provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and vendors; support system integrations and data flows across platforms; coordinate and execute controlled production changes. The role is primarily accountable for the reliable operation, monitoring, and continuous support of DEF's Load Management Control (LMC) system and serves as the designated system owner and primary power user for the LMC platform - with responsibility for system functionality, configuration oversight, environment management (development, training, and production), release coordination, and integration support across internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
