Kforce has a client that is seeking an Administrative Specialists III in Weston, FL. Summary: Under general supervision, this role provides operational and technical administrative support for departmental functions, including data management, systems coordination, technology-related recordkeeping, reporting, and user support activities. The position serves as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and end users to support day-to-day operations, onboarding activities, information gathering, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for departmental initiatives, serving as a liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to resolve business process and system-related issues
  • Coordinate and track service requests, facility-related technology needs, procurement activities, purchasing transactions, budget information, asset records, and operational documentation
  • Deliver end-user support by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting administrative and system-related issues, and escalating concerns when appropriate
  • Create, edit, maintain, and distribute documentation, communications, reports, meeting materials, and process-related resources using Microsoft 365 applications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, project discussions, training sessions, and other operational activities
  • Assist with preparation of reports, dashboards, metrics, data collection efforts, and operational analyses to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative operations, technology support, IT coordination, business operations, or related fields
  • Working knowledge of business operations, administrative processes, and technology support functions
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and data analysis tools
  • Experience maintaining records, databases, reports, and digital documentation
  • Ability to analyze information, identify process improvements, and support operational efficiencies
  • Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are required
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems such as Workday or similar platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with data governance, reporting, and business process documentation preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Workday, and enterprise business systems preferred
  • Experience working with data, reporting, documentation, or operational support functions preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
