Work Environment/Safety : Primarily field-based in commercial/industrial construction settings (indoor/outdoor, varying weather conditions, active job sites); exposure to noise, dust, heights, sharp materials, and mechanical hazards; must strictly adhere to OSHA regulations, conduct hazard identification, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, harnesses, and steel-toed boots at all times—safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. As a Sheet Metal Installer II & III, you'll serve as a mid-level to senior-level expert in fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing complex sheet metal ductwork and HVAC systems on commercial projects, applying mastery-level knowledge of dry-side applications to handle advanced installations, equipment startups, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
