SPECIFICS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform complex laboratory assignments, including planning and conducting of projects related to the transcriptional and epigenetic regulation of normal and malignant hematopoiesis Schedule and perform experiments in research laboratory including routine molecular biology, tissue culture, western blot, immuno-precipitation, protein expression, PCR, cloning, apoptosis assays and micro-array studies.
