This role will partner directly with the HR Director (HRD), Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) and hiring managers to provide workforce planning and operational metrics that create the recruiting strategy and drives the execution of the hiring plans. In partnership with the regional TA partners, develop innovative, region‑specific sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse pipelines and address hard‑to‑fill roles, leveraging global sourcing support where needed.
