At Northbay Health the Manager is accountable for assuring the provision of effective financial and business operations encompassing multiple responsibilities which include but are not limited to: leading financial and operational improvement initiatives/projects, supporting Health System financial improvement initiatives and goals with accountability in labor management analysis, leading and setting labor targets based on benchmark data and continuous improvement projects while fostering interdisciplinary, collaborative relationships across Northbay Health. Drives alignment between Information Technology (IT), Human Resources (HR), Finance, Credentialing, Clinical Operations, and other departments to support integrated business processes.
