High School diploma or equivalent AND five (5) or more years in Construction or Facilities Maintenance AND recognized as an HVAC Professional documenting a certification course, EPA Section 608 Type I, II, and III certifications, and 2000 hours of HVAC work, and at least one (1) Specialty plumbing license, AND at least one (1) Specialty electrical license. Incumbents of this job may be required to have a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) issued, which is issued only upon passing a federal background check (Tier 1) including a fingerprint-supported criminal record check.
