Grow Sales- Business is high growth, as a Service (SaaS) business with continued increase in Recurring Software Revenue. The Mobile Video Area Sales Manager (SE US) will be responsible for but not limited to the following: <ul><li>Responsible for leading a sales team within designated region, strategic account planning, and overall relationship management for existing and new customers </li><li>Align the Mobile Video sales team to the Motorola Solutions' territory teams and key work partners to enhance sales & execution (internal and external partners) </li><li>Establish a collaborative, energetic and exciting working environment as the leader of the region </li><li>Hold sales team accountable for achieving/exceeding the Committed View (CV) forecast <ul><li>Report in detail the CV forecast per month, quarter and annually </li></ul></li><li>Set go-to-market strategies both with direct and indirect selling resources <ul><li>Generate a long-term, multiple-year sales pipeline and accounts to pursue </li><li>Create, strengthen, and manage reseller and Motorola manufacturer representative organizations </li></ul></li><li>Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the existing customer base </li><li>Support sales team in negotiating large contracts </li><li>Resolve complex customer service and satisfaction issues </li><li>Help drive product decisions and support decisions to support our customers existing and future needs </li><li>Develop Motorola procurement vehicles for multiple solutions to be leveraged across an entire "target" account </li><li>Actively participate in customer engagement (50% travel) </li><li>Engage at the executive level </li><li>Attract into the organization and develop a diverse pool of future leaders </li><li>A track record of making or exceeding assigned sales goals </li><li>Knowledge and experience with CRM systems, specifically Saleforce.com </li><li>Experience with Miller-Heiman sales methodology </li><li>Experience selling video and/ or software solutions </li><li>Highly motivated and results-oriented </li><li>Excellent negotiation skills </li></ul>Specific Knowledge/Skills: <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience </li><li>OR 8+ years of sales/public safety experience </li><li>1+ years of leadership experience preferred </li></ul>Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 -$115,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
