OpenSymmetry is looking for an experienced and dedicated Regional Sales Vice President (RVP) to join our team and take on a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing the sales team's daily activities to managing large clients. The RVP's responsibilities include in-depth knowledge of the SPM market and a thorough understanding of OpenSymmetry’s entire suite of services. They must also be excellent communicators with exceptional customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals. Ultimately, you will work with leaders across our sales team to ensure our organization hits our sales and revenue goals. Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and manage outbound campaigns to generate leads </li><li>Provide detailed sales forecasts </li></ul><ul><li>Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction </li></ul><ul><li>Build relationships with partners to facilitate the development and identification of co-selling opportunities </li></ul><ul><li>Manage current accounts following initial project kick-off to help identify add-on sales opportunities and managed services/on-going support </li></ul><ul><li>Gather, manage, and direct a virtual team of resources throughout the sales cycle  Consistently evaluate and qualify opportunities using a defined methodology for accurate forecasting of deals from the prospect stage through close </li></ul><ul><li>Act as an advocate to the potential buyer, leading them through the selling and purchasing cycles while clearly articulating the value of our solution offering </li></ul><ul><li>Work with partners to share pertinent information and cultivate mutually beneficial opportunities </li></ul><ul><li>Work with internal and external company partners to coordinate and facilitate field events for prospecting and demand generation </li></ul><ul><li>Accurately and consistently update the company CRM system with all information relevant to the prospect/customer and associated opportunities </li></ul><ul><li>Continuously stay abreast of market trends, competitive intelligence, internal value proposition, and any other relevant information to be an educator, advisor & SME to your clients </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience </li></ul><ul><li>8+ years of direct outside sales experience  </li></ul><ul><li>5+ years SPM Sales OR Enterprise SAAS Sales Experience  </li></ul><ul><li>Detail oriented with the ability to get things done on time with quality results </li></ul><ul><li>Great verbal and written communication skills </li></ul><ul><li>Experience balancing numerous different priorities and demands </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to develop relationships and drive consensus and results from cross-functional teams. </li></ul><ul><li>High-energy, company first, positive attitude.  Passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Nice to have Skills</li><li><ul><li>Experience managing a team </li></ul><ul><li>Experience on the HubSpot CRM System </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with a sales methodology is a plus, i.e. Sandler, Miller Heiman, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience presenting to audiences and sales teams at conferences and partner events </li></ul></li></ul>BenefitsWhy You’ll Love Working Here<ul><li>Comprehensive Employee Benefits Package</li><li>401K with company match</li><li>Full-time Remote</li><li>Focused on Work-life Balance</li><li>Professional development growth</li></ul>

We're building out our go-to-market function and looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead that effort. You'll own pipeline generation, SDR hiring and coaching, outbound strategy, and the systems that make all of it repeatable - with a direct line to the head of revenue and a seat at the table on decisions that shape the company's commercial trajectory. What you'll own <ul><li>Team leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a growing team of SDRs. Run 1:1s, rep reviews, and enablement sessions that move the needle. Build a culture where people level up fast. </li><li>Pipeline generation: Own top-of-funnel pipeline targets for a high-ACV, technical sales motion. Design and execute outbound plays, experiment with messaging and segmentation, and drive a consistent, high-quality pipeline for AEs. </li><li>GTM strategy: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to sharpen the ICP definition, segment the market, test new verticals, and build the outbound playbook from the ground up. </li><li>Hiring and team building: Recruit and onboard the next generation of Nominal SDRs. You'll shape what this team looks like, how it operates, and what it's capable of. </li><li>Tooling and operations: Partner with Revops to build a modern GTM tech stack, process, and system that scales with the team. </li><li>Channel and partnership development.
