Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in mining engineering, industrial engineering, geology, mining economics, or a related discipline English proficiency at C1 level and Spanish proficiency at B1 level At least 7 years of professional experience in mining and/or productive development At least 6 years of experience designing, implementing, or evaluating mining supplier-development programs, production chains, or local procurement, including direct interaction with mining companies or suppliers At least 5 years of Latin America project experience, including at least 2 years in Chile or Peru Applied knowledge of Canadian and Australian experience through technical studies, cooperation, or best-practice exchange. Ideal Candidate: The strongest candidate will bring direct experience in mining supplier development or procurement, supported by documented project work in Latin America and the required experience in Chile or Peru.
