The objective of the Campus Minister, Disciple Groups is to co-labor with the campus pastors, Discipleship Director and campus team in shepherding, equipping and mobilizing the saints of the San Pablo campus by creating environments for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ, specifically in the form of multiplying healthy disciple groups. Build and lead a serve staff team to execute group launch seasons three times a year, including new leader recruitment and trainings, coach and leader gatheringsand group sign-up weekends (oversee all related logistics, including facilitators, food, facilities, promotion, follow-up and Rock management).
