Minimum 2 years of experience as a mixologist, bartender, or beverage professional in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, private club, upscale lounge, or premium hospitality environment, with experience serving VIP and high-profile guests preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required alcohol service certifications, work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, and be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
