Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Business Management, or a related field AND a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in traction power, utility power, railroad electrification, or related electrical infrastructure systems, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory or management role. Provide leadership, mentoring, training, succession planning, performance evaluations, and professional development for TES Superintendents, Power Control Supervisors, and department personnel.
