Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related engineering field with 8-12 years of related experience, Master's degree with 6-8 years of related experience, or PhD with 3-5 years of related experience in systems engineering, system architecture, requirements management, configuration management, systems integration, or a related discipline. Working cross-functionally with systems, software, RF, electrical, mechanical, integration and test, quality, and program teams, this role leads technical initiatives, supports multidisciplinary product development, and promotes engineering best practices.
