What You'll DoAs part of the Innovations Team, you'll help turn ideas into working manufacturing solutions:Support the development, testing, and implementation of turnkey manufacturing solutionsWork hands-on with manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, and processesAssist with application development from concept through validation and production handoffCollaborate with customers to understand application needs and performance requirementsWork closely with internal engineering, manufacturing, and sales teamsTroubleshoot and improve processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliabilitySupport new product introductions, customer trials, and demonstrationsTravel to customer facilities as needed to support training, implementation, and startup of manufacturing solutionsHelp document processes, test results, and best practicesResponsibilities and level of ownership will be aligned with experience, with room to grow. This role is open to entry-level and mid-level engineers who are excited to work hands-on with manufacturing equipment and help deliver complete, turnkey manufacturing solutions for our customers.
