If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for data quality and governance, this is your chance to make a real impact.   Responsibilities:   Strategic Leadership: * Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Critical Data Models teams supporting customer, supplier, and product. * Develop and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) policies, procedures, and standards. * Evaluate and implement industry best practices and emerging trends in master data management. * Identify and prioritize critical data management initiatives based on business needs and strategic objectives. * Identify opportunities and collaborate in designing solutions for augmenting processes with AI   Delivery and Execution: * Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Customer, Supplier, and Product Data Hubs. * Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data requirements, data quality rules, and data integration processes. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all data hubs. * Manage data governance processes, including data ownership, data stewardship, and data issue resolution. * Assess acquisition data model compatibility and create a roadmap to integrate acquisitions to master data applications successfully.   Operational Excellence: * Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the Critical Data Models teams, identifying areas for improvement. * Foster a data-driven culture across the organization. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for the Critical Data Model programs. * Run best-in-class DevOps practices.   Stakeholder Management: * Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different business units, IT, and project teams. * Understand their data needs and challenges, translating them into... Overview:
The Senior Systems Architect is responsible for designing, guiding, and governing the architecture of enterprise systems, applications, integrations, and underlying infrastructure. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT leaders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions. The Senior Systems Architect plays a key role in modernizing the technology landscape, establishing architectural standards, and providing strategic direction across the full lifecycle of initiatives-from concept through delivery and optimization.

This position also contributes to enterprise architecture maturity by applying recognized frameworks and tools, driving consistency, and identifying opportunities for automation and AI-enabled capabilities that enhance system performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Kforce's client, a growing engineering technology company in Orem, UT, is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer (Antennas). We are working directly with the hiring manager on this exclusive search assignment. 

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li> Lead the design and development of advanced phased array antennas, including both active and passive systems</li><li> Design antenna elements, array architectures, feed networks, and beamforming subsystems</li><li> Perform electromagnetic (EM) simulations using tools such as HFSS, CST, ADS, or FEKO</li><li> Develop and optimize beam steering, sidelobe suppression, calibration, and array performance techniques</li><li> Conduct link budget analysis and system-level performance evaluations</li><li> Collaborate cross-functionally with RF, microwave, DSP, and systems engineering teams</li><li> Drive prototyping, integration, testing, and validation in both lab and field environments</li><li> Analyze measurement data and iterate designs to meet performance requirements</li><li> Perform antenna and RF measurements using tools such as VNAs, anechoic chambers, spectrum analyzers, and near-field systems</li><li> Support PCB/PCA design integrating RF, digital, and power functions (Altium preferred)</li><li> Lead board bring-up, debugging, and validation activities</li><li> Develop scripts (Python or MATLAB) for automation, data analysis, and performance evaluation</li><li> Ensure designs meet regulatory, environmental, and reliability standards</li><li> Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li> Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (PhD preferred)</li><li> 5-7+ years of RF hardware design experience</li><li> 3-5+ years of hands-on phased array and antenna design experience</li></ul>
Technical Expertise
<ul><li> Strong foundation in electromagnetics and antenna theory</li><li> Deep understanding of phased array concepts (beam steering, grating lobes, mutual coupling)</li><li> Experience with RF/microwave circuit design</li><li> Proficiency with EM simulation tools (HFSS, CST, FEKO, ADS)</li><li> Hands-on experience with RF measurement and test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, anechoic chambers)</li><li> Experience with antenna measurement techniques (near-field and far-field)</li><li> Proficiency in MATLAB or Python for modeling and data analysis</li><li> Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (preferably Altium)</li></ul>
