Working with autonomous clinical judgment during overnight hours, you will ensure resident safety, support night shift nursing staff, handle urgent clinical changes, and maintain seamless continuity of care through the morning change-of-shift. Triage & Emergency Response: Act as the primary clinical resource for night shift staff; make decisive clinical evaluations during resident status changes, acute incidents, or operational emergencies.
