Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a background in modeling and simulations (M&S), as well as experience with intelligence organizations and systems.The selected candidate will work on-site in Charlottesville, VA, with an expectation to travel up to 10%, as needed. The person in this role will be responsible for creating a study plan, developing all appropriate measures of effectiveness and performance, build a data collection plan, and conduct the appropriate analysis. The person will also be expected to utilize existing M&S tools to generate input into the data collection plan. This person will work closely with NGIC partners during the development of the study plan and the M&S tools required to support.This is an exciting opportunity for a successful applicant to have a significant and lasting impact on the Army Intelligence Enterprise by building a novel framework upon which capabilities can be evaluated using authoritative data and validated M&S products. The selected candidate will merge expertise in operations research, M&S, intelligence, and team leadership.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Utilize quantitative and qualitative analytic techniques to develop and execute study plans, with an emphasis on multi-attribute decision making and value added analysis. Apply trade-off and sensitivity analysis to give options to decision-makers.</li><li>Engage with M&S developers and owners of authoritative data in order to use M&S outputs to inform study objectives. Work directly with data producers of M&S representing key intelligence systems.
