This role partners with operational and executive leadership to evaluate financial performance across healthcare services, government grants and contracts, retail operations, housing programs, social services, cannabis operations, and administrative departments. The Financial Analyst develops financial models, pro formas, valuations, cash flow forecasts, and business cases that support operational decision-making, strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and long-term financial sustainability.
