The primary purpose of this position is to ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and organization of all service ware, cooking utensils, and equipment for residential dining facilities, cash operations, and catered events. Preform dish room duties, including pre-rinsing dishware, washing flatware, plates, bowls and scrubbing pots and pans.
