Room patients, obtain and document medical histories, update medications and allergies, and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR).Prepare patient charts, process forms, review orders, initiate radiology orders for provider signature, and support accurate charge capture. Prepare injections and assist with orthopedic treatments, including suture and staple removal, dressing changes, wraps, cast and splint application/removal, and durable medical equipment (DME) fitting.
