The 10 years of experience must include 10 years of experience with each of the following: (1) forecasting anticipated demand inventory supply and customer lead times based on sales, demand, and capacity; (2) statistical forecasting models, including theory on constraints and predictive models for data analysis and reporting; (3) collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize schedules; (4) project management principles, including timeline management, constraint analysis, and budgeting for scheduling and managing timelines; (5) production scheduling and inventory management with ERP systems, including SAP; (6) data analysis and tracking in Excel; and (7) building cross-department partnerships.
