We're looking for a Paralegal to own Mission Lane's day-to-day corporate legal work, from investor due diligence and audit requests to governance, filings and managing outside counsel relationships This is a a newly created role reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, Corporate. Mission Lane has cumulatively raised over $600 million of equity from leading investors, including Invus Opportunities, QED Investors, LL Funds, funds affiliated with Oaktree Capital Management, and other leading investors.
